Flores Ryan, LLP serves the entire construction industry.  We specialize in handling construction transactions and litigation for each of its unique stakeholders.  Our representative projects are extensive, ranging from public works of improvement and iconic buildings, to large tract residential developments and custom single family homes throughout California.  By representing the complete spectrum of construction clients, we possess extensive strategic experience from each stakeholder’s unique perspective.  Whether counseling a public or private owner, or representing a contractor to enforce its mechanics lien rights, we know the issues and strategies to avoid and resolve construction disputes.  We leverage this extensive experience against new and emerging technologies to consistently deliver the efficient solutions our clients seek.

Aaron J. Flores, Esq.

Mr. Flores has worked in the construction industry for over two decades. He has extensive mediation, arbitration, bench and jury trial experience. He is also a frequent writer and speaker on the issues of contractor licensing, construction contracts and disputes, insurance and suretyship, construction defects, and risk management. Prior to becoming a construction attorney, he worked for his family’s construction company, where he obtained experience working in the field, bidding, estimating, and managing projects.

Mr. Stolze has substantial experience in matters concerning real estate, land use, and contract negotiation. Holding bar memberships in both California and Florida, he has honed his expertise in policy development, licensing, and commercial contracts, making him a trusted advocate for project stakeholders seeking exceptional legal counsel. Prior to becoming a construction attorney, he worked in geotechnical analysis and material sales, where he obtained extensive experience working with contractors and inspectors.
